Since removing the final section, we have noticed a substantial increase in noise and pollution from main road. Another major reason for wall is security, many of our neighbours have had their vehicles stolen from their driveways this year. The proposed wall is also in line with those of the neighbours in the area. For the change to the flat roof; This is for a renewable energy source (Solar Panels) which is in line with central and local governments policy.
