Creation of internal estate roads, paths, vehicle and cycle parking. Associated highway works comprising the widening of footways and the provision of cycle ways to Broadwater Road and Bridge Road, works to Hyde Way, junction remodelling works and the erection of a new footbridge from Bridge Road.
