TPO 710 - Remove T1 Hornbeam STEM to the following specifications: One stem overhanging the garden - Fell by way of controlled dismantle carefully using climbing and rigging down to ground level or as close to grade as possible. The stem has been too heavily pruned in the past and is now just a pole with excessive growth causing excessive shade over the small garden
Arborist Notes: Tree is very large and disproportionate for the size of the garden.
