T1 Oak- Suspected Ganoderma resinaceum. Fell the tree and remove stump. The potential targets if there was a failure or significant limb drop could cause potential damage to neighbours property the tree also leans towards neighbouring properties, this is the main concern for our client. we have explained that this tree could live with this pathogen for a while before affects are seen but the client would still like to remove the tree.
