6/2024/0977/HOUSE This is a replacement to the previous "non material" amendment application (ref: PP-13400515) and is submitted to address the incorrectly issued amended Proposal drawings (8387-P03B). I have also added further comments on my reasoning. I have also added further comments on my reasoning. Apologies for the previous error. The original proposal aligned the new window vertically with the bathroom window. As the plans progressed into the pre-building control stage, I have realised that the position of the new window significantly affects maintaining the position of my existing boiler/pipework and my plan to re-site the external electricity meter internally. The internal kitchen wall space either side of the new window should ideally be 70cm, allowing enough room to house the boiler on one side and the electricity meter on the other side. The current proposal for the location of the new window means that there would only be 53cm on the boiler side which is insufficient. I therefore would like to centralise the new window within the internal width of the kitchen wall which means that the new window will be slightly vertically offset (20cm) from the one above (93cm from the edge of the house as opposed to the existing window at 113cm).
