T1 - Oak tree - TPO 695 (2017) All epicormic growth is to be removed from truck up to crown break Approx crown lift to 6m. full crown reduction approx 2m of new growth to be cut back to previous pruned points. Insurance has stated they want the tree maintained due to large subsidence cracks in the house, they have stated that they woudl like the tree pruned roughly every 2 years this will help with the subsidence. I believe it has been around 4 years since the tree has been previously pruned so is over due, this was due to covid so is in need of reducing again.
