Insurance has stated they want the tree maintained due to large subsidence cracks in the house, they have stated that they woudl like the tree pruned roughly every 2 years this will help with the subsidence. I believe it has been around 4 years since the tree has been previously pruned so is over due, this was due to covid so is in need of reducing again. Refused 0
