Brise soleil - A discreet brise soleil of aluminium louvres (to RAL colour to match window frames) has been added to the south elevation ground floor windows, which face south. 9.Bike store - The bicycle store has been divided into two parts to provide a bike store and a secure store for online deliveries using lockers. This has been achieved by double racking the bikes. There is no change to the external appearance of this ancillary building, other than an additional door for the couriers. A path screened by a fence protects the privacy of the south west flat. The bike store has also been aligned to correspond to the survey boundary. 10. Bird boxes – as per Condition 6. we have added two integrated bird boxes on the East elevation at high level (this position was recommended by the Ecology officer). 11.
