The ground floor plan has been updated to reflect the approved amended landscape plan under discharged condition 2. 2. Adjustments at site boundaries due to use of survey rather than OS map. 3. Crown roof PV panel direction changed and crown roof green roof omitted on advice received by specialist supplier. 4. Windows generally updated including to brick co-ordination sizes. 5. Rooflights added to the crown roof for the second floor living dining kitchen space, and one to each of the two bedrooms. These are below the ridge height. 6. Roof access hatch – the second hatch has been omitted as there is one communal one. 7. AOV- The fire strategy required an AOV in the horizontal plane at the ground floor ceiling by the entrance. This has been accommodated in the terrace area we already had in that location. The glass door we had onto that terrace has been re-purposed as another AOV as well, but there is no external visible change to the latter. 8. Brise soleil - A discreet brise soleil of aluminium louvres (to RAL colour to match window frames) has been added to the south elevation ground floor windows, which face south. 9.Bike store - The bicycle store has been divided into two parts to provide a bike store and a secure store for online deliveries using lockers. This has been achieved by double racking the bikes. There is no change to the external appearance of this ancillary building, other than an additional door for the couriers. A path screened by a fence protects the privacy of the south west flat. The bike store has also been aligned to correspond to the survey boundary. 10. Bird boxes – as per Condition 6. we have added two integrated bird boxes on the East elevation at high level (this position was recommended by the Ecology officer). 11.
