6/2026/0947/TPO T1 & T2 Ash to reduce lateral and vertical growth by 2.0-3.0 M approx (trees are beginning to damage the floor and are too close to the wall). T3 Pine to reduce back overhanging branches by 2 M approx on the flats side of the tree (overhanging roof and balcony causing damage to the balcony floor as the birds are sitting on the branches and their droppings are damaging the balcony floor and the furnitures. The Pine cones and needles also make the balcony impossible to walk on, & light restriction into flats). T4 Sycamore to reduce back by 2.0 M approx on the flats side of the tree, to clear the roof (overhanging roof). G1 Mixed species group of mainly Sycamores and Limes to lift over pavement and road to clear by 5.0 , only over the highway (overhanging road side). G2 Row of limes to thin by 15% (Thin by 15% to allow more light penetration and the growth of understorey shrubs). T5 Pine to cut back by 1.0- 2.0 M on the flats side (to clear flats).
