From 1st April 2022 the council has agreed to introduce fees for some Estate Management Scheme applications. The fees will be
used for running and administering the scheme. Some proposed alterations remain free of charge, subject to an application being
submitted, and there will be a cap on the cost of multiple small and medium projects within a single application. Further
