6/2022/2015/EMT Remove two large Norway Spruce and one Cherry tree (Japanese Flowering Cherry ‘Amanogawa’, commonly known as poplar cherry). The Spruce trees are far too big for the garden and unmanageable. The roots are causing damage to the existing shed base, to the existing shed itself and to pathways in the garden surrounding the trees. The home owners are unable to replace the existing, damaged shed base and shed with these trees in situ – anything new would also be damaged by them. The existing shed base and shed pre-date these trees and it is not appropriate that the owners should loose amenity usage of the garden or be expected to endure damage to their property. The cherry tree, commonly known as poplar cherry, is in poor condition and perhaps in decline. It is also poorly sited and its further root growth will also cause damage to the shed base Granted 0
