Dismantle Oak tree to ground level. Due to large cavities at the base of the 3 main scaffolds. Extensive brown rot decay present alongside chicken of the woods fruiting bodies. Gardens underneath are in near constant use and so there is a high risk to people, should failure occur. One scaffold in particular has a heavy lean towards the property in question and would certainly strike it should failure occur.
