Repointing of the principal front elevation. Localised repointing of approximately 2m of brickwork in the rear gable. Replacement of 20 damaged bricks to the chimney stacking reclaimed bricks to match the existing. Careful removal of failed pointing by hand Repointing using a lime-based mortar to match the original in composition. Pre-wetting of joints using a mist spray. Finishing of mortar joints flush with the the brick face.
