Having spoken to all affected neighbours all have agreed that it needs to be reduced as much as possible please. Many of my neighbours will be contributing to the overall cost for this work to be undertaken as i cannot afford this by myself. The height of this tree now also presents myself and my neighbours with a hazard risk should we have any severe storms in the near future.
