Tree No. 2: False Acacia – Dismantle to ground level to mitigate any risk of failure - due to heavily weighted towards back building of Property No.28 Church Street, imbalanced crown favouring the side it leans towards. To replace with a fruit tree appropriate for the limited space we have.
Trees No. 3 & 4: Holly x 2 – Reduce in height by 2.5m due to both intruding into No. 9 ‘s Garden and causing damage/rotting to their shed roof and to allow natural light and help growing the lawn/plants in the garden and as part of ongoing maintenance of trees size.
