No changes are sought to be made to the appearance, massing or materials of the approved design. It will be identical to the approved scheme. 15/05/2023 12/06/2023 The nature of the proposed works involve a substantial refurbishment to the existing 1970's property. The proposed replacement structure will be built to modern standards, to improve the performance of the building and its thermal efficiency and thus make the building more sustainable in the long term.
