T1 & T2 - to remove Conifer trees from the driveway over the course of two seasons by reducing 50% of crown in year 1 (winter of 2022/23), then the remainder of both trees to ground level during the winter of 2023/24, to prevent further damage and to enable suitable step free access to the property. The trees are likely the cause of the external cracking of adjacent property and that the displacement of the driveway and fence is a result of root proliferation, which have been planted above the property’s connection to the main sewer. If it is considered appropriate, we would place additional hedging and/or trees on other side of the garage near to the driveway.
