We would like to remove one half of the hedge at the front of our property to open up the drive way to park as our daughter is disabled and have put an occupational therapist report in for a dropped kerb. As she is unable to walk this would be prior to this to provide a solution in the meantime, also my husband has an electric van that needs to be charged that can not have the lead over a public footpath
