Having looked at them and discussed them with my Team Leader, I can advise the following. Planning permission (6/2018/1208/HOUSE) The amended plans could be considered as a non-material amendments (NMA’s) for the planning permission. Please find below, links to the Council’s web pages regarding applying for an NMA: https://ecab.planningportal.co.uk/uploads/appPDF/Help034_england_en.pdf and what to include in the application: http://www.welhat.gov.uk/CHttpHandler.ashx?id=11010&p=0 Estate Management (6/2018/1206/EM) The amendments would require Estate Management consent as they represent a change from the approved plans. The EM Scheme does not have a provision for non-material amendments. In order to gain consent, the proposed roof-light in the side roof plane facing the foot path would be visible from the footpath and should be removed from the proposal (and so from the NMA proposal as well.)
