The young shoots are now starting to touch the garage roof, they will also allow damp and moss to gather potentially causing future damage. T2 - Sweet chestnut to reduce to a standing stem of approximately 5m above ground level. The tree has a large amount of frass present around 1m above ground level, the upper crown has large amounts of deadwood and is showing signs of low vitality. The tree borders both a neighbouring property and a roadway. G1 - Ash and Cedar to reduce lateral branches over the property by approximately 2m.
