The tree has a large amount of frass present around 1m above ground level, the upper crown has large amounts of deadwood and is showing signs of low vitality. The tree borders both a neighbouring property and a roadway. G1 - Ash and Cedar to reduce lateral branches over the property by approximately 2m.
