Without planning permission, the Land has been developed by carrying out thereon of engineerng operations comprising
(a) the enlargement of an existing concrete hardstanding (measuring approximately 4.5 metres in length and 2.7 metres in width) onto Cattlegate Road with a larger vehicular hard standing comprising hardcore measuring approximately 28 metres by 26 metres situated in the approximate area edged and hatched in black on the annexed plan; and
(b) the erection of storage and livestock farm buildings on the Land comprising two translucent plastic polytunnels on lightweight steel frames, one timber framed and boarded building and one small corrugated iron building, painted green, in the apporoximate position marked by blue crosses on the annexed plan.
