Comment on Tree Preservation Order: 24 (1976)
Personal Data
The Council will seek to ensure that only information which forms part of the statutory planning register is made available on this website.
If you are submitting a planning application, then your name and address will form part of the statutory planning register and will appear on this website and in the case file. The Council will however make every effort to redact (i.e. hide) personal information such as email addresses, telephone numbers and signatures prior to the information appearing on this website.
If you are commenting on a planning application, we request that you provide your name, address and contact details. This is so that we can contact you if there are any subsequent changes to the application, to ask whether you would like to speak if the application goes to planning committee, to let you know when the application has been determined and to let you know if the application is appealed.
Please note that if you do not want to provide your name and contact details, then your comments will be treated as anonymous, but it will be harder to give your views much weight when determining the application.
We will not use any of your information for any other purpose and it will not be shared with third parties.
