Substitution of previous site plans by new amended site plans. 25/11/2020 23/12/2020 We submit the new site plan with this application as the parking space layout was altered at the request of Highways. For example, compared to the previous site plan, 19029-SP Rev J, Highways required an entry clearance length from the road of 5.5m into the rear yard, therefore as shown in the new site plan, 19029-SP Rev L, the gate has been inset 0.5m to allow this. At the front of building, the car parking spaces have been moved slightly to one side in the new site plan, 19029-SP Rev L, to properly accommodate the existing tree and it was then determined that there was enough space for three parking spaces to the right side of the existing lamppost, to match the existing dropped kerb.
