I have emailed you proposed plan, the dotted line shows where the existing garage was being reduced to and approved. However, now that our neighbours (7 The Drive) is building his upward extension currently extending over his garage along the boundary, his property is seeming to dwarf ours and I feel that taking the garage back less than proposed earlier this year will seem more in balance.
