Re The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) (Amendment) Order 2016
The application is for the conversion of an office to residential development in accordance with the above order.
The applicant has failed to make any declaration in relation to:
1. Contaminated land ? the provision of residential includes assumed outdoor amenity space. No admission has been received in relation to where this will be provided.
2. Noise from commercial units- The intended development is located immediately adjacent to commercial units. No admission has been received in relation to the impact of noise from the adjacent commercial units (of which there are numerous).
As such I object to the proposed application due to insufficient information.
