It would appear that none of the issues that have been raised before have bee addressed.
Whilst yes, there is a need for affordable homes this a planning issue?
Mixed developments don't work eg Poundsbury Dorset
Traffice calming is this a Joke ? It happened
automatically with so much traffice on the road particularly at peak periods
Great so all kids walk to primary school I like to see them walk to secondary schools particulary as there are none in the area
It is well know that there will be NO improvement to the infrastructure and No extra trains. The station is at full capacity now and there is no intention of increasing the number of trains.
Developers are full of promises offering extra facilities but there is no guarantee that these offers will be fulfilled and or course there is the on going problems with maintenance when councils are trapped for cash.
