It will cause major traffic disruption when being constructed and when complete would have a significantly long-termdetrimental effect on traffic management and infrastructure in the local and surrounding areas.
The proposed site is a valuable piece of GREEN BELT land.
Further more the approval of such an application will cause further long term strain on existing infrastructure that is already bearing the strain of an increased population.
I understand that there are plans to alter the right of way at the junction of cattle gate road which I welcome but this will not change the fact that this VILLAGE is serviced by TWO roads and therefore there will still be major traffic congestion as the plans do not alleviate the vehicles on the road.
It will detrimentally affect senior schools spaces.
