To expand and renovate the existing driveway to create extra off street parking and improve the visual aesthetics of the frontage of the house.
This extra parking space on our property removes the need to park on the road allowing large vehicles such as bin men access the street without being obstructed by cars and driving on the grass verge. It is not yet complete as we are waiting for gas pipe replacement and a top layer of resin which is currently out of stock. The hedge at the front was dying so we have replaced it with trees. Apologies that this is retrospective, we hadn't appreciated that we needed permission
