Crown raise lower laterals on western side to a height of 6m so as to give a 3m clearance to the adjacent rear extension.
Also, carry out a 15-20% crown thin to reduce the wind-sail and remove any deadwood.
The tree is currently causing excessive shading to the property and detritus and dead branches are falling on to the roof of the extension. The works will be undertaken in accordance with BS3998:2010.
