UK Power Networks (UKPN) have advised that we cannot build over it. Therefore, it has been necessary to revise the design in order to avoid the cable route which runs along the side of the public footpath to the front of the building. The revised design has reduced the width of each slope from 1500mm wide to 1200mm to take us away from the cable position. The design, materials, etc. all remain as per the approved drawings but the reduced width means that it will not extend out as far to the front of the site as per the approved drawing 02242_1012_P1. We have discussed the revised design with Building Control and they are happy for us to proceed with the design subject to approval of this Non-material Amendment application.
