6/2019/1830/NMA | Non-material amendment for use dark grey tiles instead of red and continue the new (ivory) krender from top to bottom of house (no brick facing) around the bottom on planning application 6/2019/1830/HOUSE | Existing red tiles all had to be removed as they were so old and the roof was in very bad condition so we don't have any old tiles left to match. So its basically a new roof. Only a couple of original house walls are left based on the size of the renovation. Continuing the house render down to damp proof is cheaper than having bricks all the way around the bottom of the house. Quite a few houses in ours and neighbouring roads have done this. The continuity of the render appears smarter and more uniform. | Ms Kirsty Shirley | Withdrawn | 18/06/2021 |
