Having read through this application I would like to make the following comments:
Extension to netball court and installation of 16no floodlighting:
??Time of use has not been defined ? I would like to impose a condition that it is
used no later than 10pm
Lighting
??To minimise light disturbance, the applicant should ensure that the development
meets the guideline levels set within the Institution of Lighting Engineers
guidance notes for the reduction of obtrusive lighting. It is recommended that
a condition requiring lighting details to be submitted prior to building works
starting is placed on the application. Information required will need to be in
the form of vertical lux diagrams which show the positions of lighting fixtures
in relation to nearby residential properties (existing and proposed) and their
potential levels at those positions.
