24/11/15 - Lorraine Davis I presume it is intended to have one 1100litre container for the 5 dwellings to share but this is not clear from the plans. In addition please ensure that the bin/s can be wheeled from the bin store to the freighter with ease and without having to negotiate any kerbs or steps. We would usually expect the doors to be opened outwards and the plan showing inward opening, perhaps this can be addressed. 1100 litre containers cost ?390 + VAT for the domestic properties, the shops will have to make their own trade refuse arrangments and ensure they have appropriate contracts in place.
