We do not support A3 development. We object because:-
There are already many food outlets in Cuffley. There is a need to maintain a mixed retail offer in the village - Ref, Parish emerging Local Plan.
Car parking is inadequate and the local area is subject to car parking restrictions. There would be late night noise and disturbance detracting from the residential amenity of the surrounding properties.
