I note and support the changes made to the original plans (which were previously approved by the council); in particular the change to the bring the external wall (of the single story part of the extension) further away from the boundary between no. 10 and no.12. I have discussed the plans with the applicants at no.12, particularly in relation to the boundary between the properties and the removal of a portion of the hedge.
