I am unclear from the application form how many studios and how many twodios there are in total in the development.
From a refuse provision point of view, you need to allow 100 litres per one bed and 170 litres per two bed property per week. I am presuming it is intended to utilise 1100 litre shared continental containers, ensure enough containers are provided based on the above calculation guide.
I would not recommend provision of recycling facilities at this time as these are very often subject to contamination issues in these type of developments which result in non-emptying of bins and also encourages flytipping.
1100 Litres containers can be provided at a cost of ?360 + VAT per bin
