This application is for a Lawful Development Certificate for the existing use of an existing outbuilding built within garden curtilage of dwelling.The application claims an existing use of the outbuilding as a dwelling house and that the use as a single dwelling house began more than four years before the date of this application. The Residents Association requests that adequate proof is supplied to back up this statement. The only photograph supplied shows a garden shed housing a mower.This unauthorised residential development is within the Green Belt should be resisted as it will inevitably lead to further planning creepThe application states that there has been no material change of use of the land since the start of the use for which a certificate is sought. The Residents Association queries how the dwelling house has been accessed without a hard surfaced track being laid.We trust that planners have viewed the site and taken a view on the reliability of the application form.
