NCRA supports residents in their objections to A3 development.
We object because:- There are already many food outlets in Cuffley a further one will undermine the existing businesses. A3 was not part of the original development plan consequently on site car parking is inadequate and the local area is subject to car parking restrictions. There would also be late night noise and disturbance detracting from the residential amenity of the surrounding residential properties.
