On behalf of Cuffley and Northaw Youth and Community Centre I wish to raise objections to the planning application for change of use to A3 development (All day restaurant and Cafe use) Our objections to A3
development is only 15 car parking spaces have been allocated and clearly customers will use Youth Centre car park. The Youth Centre has had significant issues with illegal parking and about safety concerns. Cuffley and Northaw Youth Centre objected to the original planning proposal on the grounds that illegal parking would impact on the Youth Centre. To date Cuffley and Northaw Youth and Community Centre has not received any correspondence or notification of this proposed change of use.
