It would appear that there is inadequate parking onsite for this proposed addition and severely stressed existing facilities surrounding with additional restrictions over a wide immediate area.Granting of this belated request would undoubtedly add to conflict as patrons use non appropriate spaces on eg other nearby developments. Notwithstanding the concerns of those residents on the site,there are various others in the vicinity who would be subjected to undue noise and disturbance. Overall ,Cuffley has sufficient food outlets already and another will only serve to undermine existing businesses-there is no need. Please decline. .
