A3 was not part of the original development plan. On-site parking for A3 is totally inadequate. The site is directly on the B156 - a very busy road - additional traffic turning on and off the road will cause the same disruption as is currently seen at Tescos in Station Road. Additional lorries pulling in with supplies would cause further disruption - not something which is wanted on this road.
There are already many food outlets in Cuffley - another one of the size proposed would impact existing businesses and cause considerable disturbance to local residents.
