I object to the addition of A3 use to the planning permission granted earlier. Local residents would have to endure the noise and disturbance of constant visiting traffic during all the hours the eating business was open. Cuffley (which has a relatively short high street) already has six on-site eating places of various descriptions and two take-aways. These businesses will undoubtedly suffer if a further permission as requested is granted. The parking on site would prove to be inadequate for the level of traffic generated if the application is allowed. Furthermore I dislike intensely the fact that developers seem to think they can get permission to build, get building, and at a very late stage " change the rules of the game". This should not be encouraged. The application should be REFUSED.
