I am an entrepreneur in Cuffley and I object because: ? There are already many food outlets in Cuffley a further one will undermine the existing businesses. ? A3 was not part of the original development plan consequently on site car parking is inadequate and the local area is subject to car parking restrictions. ? There would also be late night noise and disturbance detracting from the residential amenity of the surrounding residential properties.
