Given the close proximity of our property to the proposed development please explain why you as the Council have never kept us informed in any fashion regarding this proposal.
We were invited by the Developers in December to review the three new dwellings plan which we support whole heartedly.
Good/improved housing stock can only be beneficial for the area and would be far better than simply allowing the existing property to extend/ be altered within Permitted Development Rights.
