I object to this application for the following reasons: 1. There are already numerous eateries in the Cuffley area and another such establishment is likely to cause a loss of revenue to the current eateries. 2. A3 was not part of the original development plan consequently on site car parking is inadequate and the local area is subject to car parking restrictions 3. With the parking restrictions in place in Cuffley this could cause further congestion within the area of the proposed eatery. 4. here would also be late night noise and disturbance detracting from the residential amenity of the surrounding residential properties.
