My reasons for objection are: Inadequate parking which will lead to congestion in the surrounding area which already has some parking restrictions. There are already many restaurants and caf?s in Cuffley and this particular site is in a largely residential area away from the main village shops. There will certainly be late night noise and disturbance for the residents. A3 use was not part of the original plan and has not been advertised on the hoardings while the flats are being built.
