As owners of the adjoining property we wish to register our wholehearted support of this application. This is a very attractive, well thought out proposal which is much more in keeping with the appearance of other properties in that part of the village, and will add to the village that is Essendon. The present house with permitted development amendments would look unattractive and appear unsympathetic and not in keeping with any properties nearby. By using the same floor area but spread over two very well designed, well landscaped properties, the site will blend well within the area. The proposal would also provide homes for two families which is an important consideration for the village and the District at this present time.
