Dear Council, I am mortified by this application and the lack of duty of care shown to the public. I have currently reserved a flat in this development and therefore exchanged contracts with the condition that this development had planning permission for A1 and B1 use for the commercial element. The reason for my objections are threefold. 1) Conversion to A3 use that will inherently come with noise and smell. 2) Welywn Hatfield for negligibly NOT notifying the future leaseholders of this application due to the fact we are not 'officially' leaseholders. 3) The developers for breaching the Consumers Protections Act ( We exchanged contracts, on the conditions of A1 B1 use and the developer failed to inform the future leaseholders of change to A3 use, subsequently intentionally restricting a purchaser to make and an informed decision on on the purchase)
