NCRA has viewed Colin Haigh's letter of 11th March 2016 to Mr & Mrs Lima at 43 Northaw Road East Cuffley in which WHBC accepts that the development on site does not conform with the existing planning consent. In particular the Limas suffer significant loss of amenity as they are now overlooked by the dormers which have been extended beyond the dimensions approved in the planning consent. NCRA objects to the development as constructed and feel that WHBC should take appropriate enforcement action.
